- What is the smallest amount I can buy?
- A Square of 100 pixels, which is 10 by 10.
- How long does my ad stay on the grid?
- Permanently. There is no expiry date and no renewal fee.
- Can I buy areas that are not next to each other?
- Each order buys one rectangular block. If you want your brand in more than one place on the grid, place a separate order for each area.
- How do I pay?
- By bank transfer in Egyptian Pounds. After you submit your order you receive our account details and a reference code to include with the transfer. Card and wallet payments are not available yet.
- How long are my blocks held while I pay?
- 48 hours by default. If we have not received your payment receipt by then, the blocks go back on sale and you are free to order again.
- What can I not advertise?
- Anything illegal under Egyptian law, adult content, hate speech, gambling, counterfeit goods, financial scams, and misleading claims. We review every submission and refuse anything in those categories.
- Can I change my image or link later?
- Contact us with your order reference. We can usually update a broken link or a rebranded logo, provided the new content still meets our terms.
- Can I get a refund?
- If we reject your submission before it goes live, you are refunded in full. Once an ad is live the placement is permanent and non-refundable. See the Terms & Conditions.
