1. What you are buying
You are buying the right to display an image and an outbound link on a defined set of 10x10 pixel blocks on the Million Egyptian Brands grid. You are not buying ownership of the pixels, the page, or any intellectual property in the site.
2. Reservation and payment
Submitting an order reserves your blocks for the period stated at checkout, currently 48 hours. Payment is by bank transfer in Egyptian Pounds. If we do not receive proof of payment within the reservation period, the blocks are released and your order is cancelled automatically.
3. Review and approval
Every submission is reviewed manually. We may refuse any image or destination link at our discretion, and we will tell you the reason. Refused orders are refunded in full where payment has already been received.
4. Prohibited content
You may not submit content that is illegal under Egyptian law, sexually explicit, promotes hate or violence, promotes gambling, sells counterfeit or unlicensed goods, constitutes a financial scam or pyramid scheme, infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, or makes misleading claims. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use the image you upload.
5. Permanence and refunds
Once your ad is live it is intended to remain on the grid permanently and the payment is non-refundable. We may remove or disable an ad without refund if it is later found to breach these terms, if the destination link becomes malicious, or if a court or competent authority requires it.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Advertiser content and liability
Advertisers are solely responsible for their images, links, products, services and claims. Million Egyptian Brands does not endorse any advertiser and is not a party to any transaction between a visitor and an advertiser. To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your placement.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes do not affect the placement of ads already live. The version in force is the one published on this page.
