What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the image and destination link you submit, and the proof of payment you upload. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and message. Our server keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for security purposes.
Why we collect it
To process and verify your order, to contact you about its status, to review the content you submit, to keep accounting records, and to protect the site against abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
What is public
Only the image, the destination link and the hover text you choose are shown publicly on the grid. Your name, email address, phone number and payment documents are never published.
How long we keep it
Order records and the associated contact details are kept for as long as your ad is on the grid, plus the period required by Egyptian accounting and tax rules. Payment receipts are kept for the same accounting period and then deleted. Contact form messages are deleted within 24 months.
Security
Data is stored on access-controlled servers. Uploaded files are validated and re-encoded before storage, payment documents are accessible only to administrators, and administrator access is protected by password authentication with rate limiting.
Cookies
The public site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. A single cookie is used to keep administrators signed in to the admin panel, and your language choice is stored in the page address, not in a cookie.
